And the best part is, there's no cost to you. It's like an insurance policy for commuters. If you miss your ride, carpool or vanpool from work due to an emergency, we'll pay for you to get to your destination by public transit or taxi. It's that easy (limitations apply).
To enjoy the benefit of a Guaranteed Ride, become a 511NY Rideshare member by signing up here. You’ll receive an activation email from us. Simply activate your account, complete your member profile, and then fill out the Guaranteed Ride sign up form and we’ll send you a Guaranteed Ride Welcome Kit with detailed program information.
