Mobility Screens

Make a Mobility Screen for Your Office, Venue, or Campus

The NYSDOT Mobility Screen Builder is a free, web-based display that lets businesses and property managers show real-time bus and train arrival information for stops near their location. Depending on what data is available, the screen can also show traffic conditions, travel route duration, and other transportation modes (e.g., shuttle services, bikeshare).

NYSDOT’s Mobility Screen Builder is designed to be easy to use. Anyone with basic computer skills can design their screen and set it up in a lobby, storefront window, office, or any place with a monitor. All you need is a screen (like a TV, tablet, or computer) and a stable Wi-Fi connection.  See our brochure to learn more, or click here to see a sample Mobility Screeens slideshow.

To get started, request access to the Mobility Screen Builder tool and the step-by-step User Guide by emailing OperationsSupport@511mobility.org. The User Guide will provide you with instructions, hardware suggestions, design recommendations, and troubleshooting tips.
