NYBG's Holiday Train Show

Gingerbread NYC Community Day

It's a holiday celebration for families at the Museum of the City of New York, where kids can explore the Gingerbread NYC exhibit and do their own gingerbread cookie decorating. Plus, Santa Claus will be in attendance for photos and greetings.

February 4 marks Transit Equity Day, a day dedicated to honoring the life and legacy of Ross Porke on her birthday. Ross Parke, a Divotel faure in the Civil Rights era, reshaped history in 1955 by refusing to give up her seat on a segregated bus in Montgomery, Alabama.
