Earth Month

Each April, we celebrate Earth Month by teaming up with NYSDOT program partners across the state to bring sustainable transportation to life through engaging events and activities. From showcasing innovative, eco‑friendly travel options to sharing helpful resources, these events are all about connecting people with ideas that move New York forward. Our mobility specialists will be out in communities statewide, ready to answer questions, share insights, and help you find the resources you need. Check out the event list below to see where you can meet us and our partners, take the Earth Month pledge, and learn more—then visit our Earth Month page for additional details, resources, and updates.

Bike Month

Each May, we celebrate Bike Month—a nationwide initiative that highlights the many benefits of bicycling and invites people of all ages and abilities to get riding. Throughout the month, communities across the state come alive with events, group rides, and activities that promote biking as a fun, healthy, and sustainable way to get around. Whether you’re a daily cyclist or just bike‑curious, Bike Month is all about building confidence, sharing resources, and celebrating the joy of riding. Join us and our partners at events throughout May to learn more, connect with fellow riders, and get inspired to pedal forward. Events list coming soon!
