Electric Vehicle Charging Station Guidelines

As the transition to electric vehicles evolves, UAlbany provides guidelines that outline the use of charging infrastructure to provide options to students, employees, and the community. These guidelines will apply to all EV owners who park and charge their EV on UAlbany-managed property.

Any person who utilizes the EV designated electrical receptacles and/or EV chargers - whether they are an employee or student of UAlbany or a member of the broader community, visitor, or general public - are subject to the guidelines and must adhere to them.
