Teleworking

Perhaps the best commute is the one you don't have to make. Teleworking, or working from home, is increasingly popular for employees and employers. About 30 million people in the United States are teleworkers, which means they work from home at least some of the time, usually one to three days a week. Employees enjoy the convenience and flexibility of telework, while employers can benefit from a more productive work force. Allowing teleworking also can help employers reduce overhead costs.
