Park and Ride Data

 

Park & Ride lots are available at convenient locations across New York State to help travelers share rides or catch public transit. NYSDOT manages a database of public and private Park & Ride lots across the state and information related to those lots.

New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) owns and operates 58 Park & Ride lots across the state – convenient locations to leave a car and connect to a carpool, bike, or transit option.

Each lot is unique but typically the rules for NYSDOT-operated lots are:

  • No permit required
  • No fee required
  • 24-hour (overnight) parking permitted
