Bard Rideshare was created in partnership with the New York State Department of Transportation (NYSDOT) and allows Bard College students, faculty, and staff to share rides through their 511NY service. By default, Bard Rideshare matches participants only with fellow members of the Bard community, though users may choose to override these settings and participate in Rideshare with people beyond campus. Bard College accepts no responsibility for the behavior of individuals using this system and asks that each person conduct themselves responsibly.Special Parking Access
Rideshare members can park in designated RideShare parking spaces at Olin Lot and Main Lot when actively providing a ride to another RideShare member. You must display a dashboard sign in order to use these prime parking spots. Obtain the sign from Security after signing up for RideShare.
Clean Air NY
Rideshare members can sign-up to receive Air Quality Action Day updates. These emails will let you know when it is especially important to carpool due to very poor air quality.
